Sleep Packages — Below the Stars

Essential support package

£225 (from 0 to 7 years)

Once a package is booked, you will receive a sleep log to be completed for 3-4 days and a questionnaire appropriate for their age to fill in 24 hours before your consultation. This will help me to build a really clear picture of how things are looking for you and your family’s individual needs and preferences. I will use all this information to draft a personalised sleep plan.
The video consultation will take place on Google Meet and you will be emailed a link 24 hours before your appointment. During your consultation, we will delve into the sleep challenges you are currently facing with your little one and discuss how we can help to reach your goals. The sleep plan will be shared with you and adapted if necessary to make sure it suits the needs and routines of your family.
After your consultation, you will receive your tailored sleep plan and any relevant handouts.
3 emails to use within 3 months after your consultation. This allows you to put your sleep plan into action at your own pace with the reassurance of follow up emails to ask for questions or to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Emails are non-refundable.

Suitable for autistic children or children who experience high levels of anxiety

£480 (from 0 to 11 years)

I will use all this information to draft a personalised sleep plan.

During your consultation, we will delve into the sleep challenges you are currently facing with your little one and discuss how we can help to reach your goals. The sleep plan will be shared with you and adapted if necessary to make sure it suits the needs and routines of your family.
